Every customer wants to know the price and most are too polite to ask first. Here it is. These are our standard rates for the northern suburbs, valid until December.

What is not on this list: anything behind a wall, under a slab, or that needs a municipal connection. Those get a written quote before we start, and we do not begin work until you have accepted it. All prices include VAT.
Most of the delay in plumbing is a second trip to the supplier. Our vans carry the common geyser sizes, elements, thermostats, drip trays and the pipe we use most, which is why the majority of jobs finish the day they start.
If we do have to fetch something, you are not billed for the travel.
Houses, townhouses, complexes and small business premises in the northern suburbs. No industrial work and no new-build developments — those need a bigger outfit than ours.
Replacement, repair, relocation and timers. Solar and heat-pump conversions quoted on site.
Rodding, jetting and camera inspection. We find the cause rather than clearing it twice.
Leak detection, isolation and repair. Emergency response 24 hours a day.
Full renovations and single-fixture swaps. Tiling and waterproofing through our own team.
Plumbing COCs for property transfer, issued the same week in most cases.
Taps, cisterns, mixers and waste pipes. The small jobs that quietly triple a water bill.
Pressure valves, pumps and tank systems. Diagnosis before we sell you anything.
Standing arrangements for body corporates and managing agents, billed monthly.
Everything we install is SABS-approved and fitted to code, because a compliance certificate means nothing if the work behind the wall will not pass an inspection in five years' time.
Every job carries a twelve-month guarantee on labour, and the manufacturer's guarantee on parts.
Most of our work comes from someone recommending us to a neighbour. These are the three we would put up once you have chosen them.
